Hi, I'm Freddy! I love construction and work in residential general contracting in the Denver Metro area

My family migrated from Mexico when I was 9 years old, so I was priviledged to have been raised with a dual cultural sense of the world.

After high school, I enrolled in the U.S. Army Reserve, where I served for 10 years and was honorably discharged as a Sargeant.

During my time in the military, I was able to comple my B.S. from CU Denver in Biology and Chemistry in a pursuit for medical school. However, I quickly realized that my real passion was in construction.

During college, and while also serving in the Army Reserves, I worked with a local architect where I gained most of my experience. I started as general labor, and ended my career there as a project manager.

I started 17th Avenue Builders becuase I saw a lot of problems in today's contruction professional, so I wanted to bring a new perspective based on my military and dual cultural experience. I hope we can work together and help bring success to your project. I look forward to meeting you!
